I’m normally perfectly ok with this store but this morning I ordered my normal latte with oat milk. I watched her pour 2% milk, realized she made a mistake, looked at another barista, who then looked at her and said “oh well just give it to her.” So I waited and she handed it to me and I said “I watched you pour 2% milk” she said ohhh I can remake it. This is my favorite Starbucks to visit because of the people working here. Kind, helpful, always consistently polite.
My drink was prepared quickly and correctly. It was delicious and hit the spot. The employee was friendly.
Great service! Everybody was super nice. It was lovely!
I never like to give bad reviews as I know customer service can have its challenges and isn’t always easy. But I I need to put this out there to hopefully help the store improve or help avoid this from happening to others. I go to Starbucks daily. I moved to the area a year ago and for the most part didn’t have any issues. But over the last few months it’s not gone well with drinks being inconsistent and poor customer service.
