I never like to give bad reviews as I know customer service can have its challenges and isn’t always easy. But I I need to put this out there to hopefully help the store improve or help avoid this from happening to others. I go to Starbucks daily. I moved to the area a year ago and for the most part didn’t have any issues. But over the last few months it’s not gone well with drinks being inconsistent and poor customer service. Hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Lived in the area for 15 years and every year or two I'll try it thinking maybe it's gotten better. My order is never correct, they are always out of things like cold brew. I don't think I've ever had a normal experience.
This is a great Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and upbeat, and take care of any issues quickly. The manager, Aileen, is always friendly. Sam, the morning shift leader is great, too.
