Hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Lived in the area for 15 years and every year or two I'll try it thinking maybe it's gotten better. My order is never correct, they are always out of things like cold brew. I don't think I've ever had a normal experience.
This is a great Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and upbeat, and take care of any issues quickly. The manager, Aileen, is always friendly. Sam, the morning shift leader is great, too.
I absolutely love this Starbucks location! I am always greeted with friendly smiles and service that is beyond excellent. The manager is exceptional, always making sure my visit went well. There’s actually another Starbucks location less than a mile from my house but I will drive the 7 miles to go to the Ray Rd and McClintock store because these people are like family.
Very quiet and friendly Starbucks.
Horrible customer service. There is always that one person that doesnt like thier job and she is that one here.. hope you dont have to deal with her.
