This is just like most Starbucks I have visited. Very fast and accurate.
Seems like there is policy to not allow rest room access for small kids without order who don't have that much of bladder control as adults and parents ask only when absolutely required. More importantly here we wanted to order anyway anticipating this but thought due to urgency for kid, thought of asking for bathroom access first. What an excellent customer service and way to treat kids. I understand if the policy is enforced for adults to the max degree but for kids???
