Put in a mobile order at 1:18pm that was quoted to be ready within three to four minutes. My order (a single muffin and one drink) wasn't ready until 20 minutes later at 3:38pm. I stood around for over ten minutes watching one barista make drinks only for the drive thru (that obviously had paid after me since I ordered 5-8 minutes before I arrived), one employee work the window, and literally five or six other employees stand around talking.
