Served people who got in line after us - people who got in the wrong line, made us wait for the idiots who did know how to line up, then don’t have the bagels which were the only thing we wanted. Never coming back to this store run by complete morons. Can’t even out up a sign telling all the halfwits where to line up.
Ordered 3 drinks 2 of them were out before. I was waiting on my matcha. Took 15 minutes
