Always a good experience here, I get a simple drink and it’s great every time.
Worse drive through I have ever been to of all the Starbucks. Idk why they decided to construct it that way.no lobby or sit in area either.
Place order ask him if I could get the whip & caramel on side small cup he said sure. He goes takes my cup and tells them. Well when I get my cup they tell him they cant do that. Well why not tell me before drink is made so I can say nvm or whatever I decide I want to do. Cause I would had maybe said ok put in my drink. But no! He felt uncomfortable he didn't want to tell me, they didn't want to come to tell me. I was pissed. This place is very unfriendly when I do go in NOT 1 person says HI, NOT 1.
