Why have you taken away good custom service and interaction? This store is horrible in every way imaginable! I had to say excuse me to the baristas who are in the back slinging drinks for the mobile app like 5 times before being acknowledged and was rude about me wanting to place an order. They never shake any shaken espressos. I’ve worked at a Starbucks and they make plenty of the drinks wrong all the shots are dead. They are low effort employees with no customer service this place kills me every time I go. Someone needs to give them a crash course on how to work a starbucks
