Update: To be yelled at in the drive thru for ordering my drink how i want it then told that "we know your drink why dont you like us, why dont you like us" just to be laughed at when asking for an absolute justified refund, is beyond me. Just wanted my coffee correct the way i want it. Not an earful of inappropriate jabs for no reason. Your lucky to have a decent experience here. Always a good experience here, I get a simple drink and it’s great every time.
Worse drive through I have ever been to of all the Starbucks. Idk why they decided to construct it that way.no lobby or sit in area either.
Place order ask him if I could get the whip & caramel on side small cup he said sure. He goes takes my cup and tells them. Well when I get my cup they tell him they cant do that. Well why not tell me before drink is made so I can say nvm or whatever I decide I want to do. Cause I would had maybe said ok put in my drink. But no!
