I paid 5+ dollars for an iced matcha latte, instead I got iced service and a cup of “matcha-latted” ice.
They allowed someone to walk off with my drink. I was so late returning from my break because of her! And the barista was like well its not my fault and was held rude about it... basically cuz she was busy and by herself. That's no excuse!!
I showed up and said hello with no response from barista. Maybe he didn't hear me. I waited at the register for 5-10 minutes trying to be patient as he was restocking things. Did not once glance over of check if anyone was there. After a while I finally got his attention to order but he did not write down or note any of the requests I made (less sweetener, 2 shots, extra topping) and when I asked he said he got it all and then he proceeded to make it with no customization.
