Sandwich tastes good but a bit small. Need to get a bagel to complete the meal. The cup lip is quite easy to get loosed, need to be careful when drinking the tea.
My drink was 90% ice.
I usually just order coffee here, so I don't really know how the food is. Service is fast. Atmosphere is laid- back, customers doing their own thing

Someone needs to water the plants outside. What a shame to be sitting enjoying the coffee but seeing the plants outside dead or about to die. How hard is to water? California got plenty of rain.
