Imagine unchaperoned highschool kids running a Starbucks. That's what you'll get. Unprofessional conduct, product not made right, lots of chit-chat gossip while they get around to eventually making your drink. I've had better service at a high school football concession stand. I waited almost 15 minutes to use the one and only restroom. I eventually gave up because it was "being cleaned the whole time". I will never go there again.

The staff at the Starbucks were extremely friendly and accommodated my special requests. The store was super clean and great place to connect for professional meetings. They were generous to give me hot water as well.
Starbucks is great when you want to coffee and want to be confident in the taste. We have been to this particular one every time we are in the bay area. Good service and atmosphere.
