If Starbucks really stands for inclusion, this location missed the memo. I don’t need special treatment. I just wanted basic dignity. What I got instead was silence and side-eyes. Y’all need serious training on implicit bias and customer presence. Won’t be returning.
Worst coffee. Just ice in frappe
1 star for food only. The store is clean and service was fine. I ordered a venti coffee frap and got something which was not close to either coffee or frap. Very sad. A few months ago, I got the worst matcha green tea frap of my life from this location as well. I think it’s fair to say that you should stay away if you wanna order fraps.
