I ordered coffee and had a $15 reward. When I told them about the reward, they used it up but still charged me an additional $15.
i ordered a chai and a cold brew and they gave me two chais, didnt realize until i left the store
The staff made my drink wrong thrice in a row , I was in a hurry and instead it took me fricking 3 hours of waiting . I was so mad but didn’t wanted to act like a Karen felt the underpaid employees but my time also matters .
This Starbucks has the best customer service I've ever experienced on a consistent basis. The staff is attentive, very friendly, and always go the extra mile to make things good. Ambience is great, the music is always good too....
