I asked for a light roast coffee. Judith ignored me. I asked again. Same. She goes and pours a pike place. I said I need a light not medium. Then she says we don't have light roast. I have been going to Starbucks everyday and this is the treatment I get? No apology, no empathy! This is unacceptable. Also, they keep wasting cups by doubling cups saying coffee is hot! Thats what sleeves are for! She was very happy chatting with the guy in Spanish but I guess my fault was I can't speak Spanish.
I came to this empty Drive through yesterday and ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich. I requested that they pls remove the bacon and cook it a little longer to make it crispy like I had done hundreds of times at other Starbucks. The young lady said toe,"I am sorry but we don't do that at this location". To which I said thanks and proceeded to the next Starbucks located at El Camino and Saratoga Sunnyvale, ordered the very same thing and the young lady complied perfectly. I gave them a 10 dollar tip.
