the employees are always super nice, but everytime i come to this location my drink is always made wrong and tastes super bitter (i order different drinks all the time) i usually just avoid this location because i already know i won’t like my drink but everytime i decide to give it a chance im reminded why i should keep avoiding it. coffee costs too much to not enjoy it
Store was neat and tidy. That’s about the best I can say. The barista was lacking any sort of customer service personality, she was quite glum and barely spoke as she took our orders besides asking what we wanted. She seemed annoyed when I asked her to scan my app. My boyfriend and I ordered Strawberry Açaí Refreshers. She did not inform us of any changes, or whether the store maybe didn’t make them or something, but she gave my boyfriend and I the wrong items.
