If I could give 10 stars I would. All mgmt and associates provide the very best customer service and take such great care of the Old guy haha. Love em all for the awesome customer service.
Today at about 5 pm waited 9 minutes for hot chocolate because the Manager was working alone. He told me all other employees were on break. Several employees at employees entrance grouped together laughing loudly. Then a group gathered around a large dog inside near the front door including at least one employee. Very different than the usual service and atmosphere at this Starbucks.
