First time went in, one of the in-charges made reactive sounds at my appearance while coming out, a different employee asked my order (a delivery pickup) then completely blanked me when the order was done & I was still waiting in pickup area left untold, as their Deliveries spot is hidden & entirely unlabelled. Worst Starbucks i have been, there is nothing to smile about
Very pleasant and attentive baristas. 👌🏻
During the week they are in point and happy to serve. There's one lady behind the counter that you can tell she LOVES her job! Puts a smile on everyone's face. The weekend however, they are always turning items (mainly drinks) off to show unavailable, when in fact the Saturday crew doesn't want to make them. They are losing so much business turning items off when you in fact have the items to make said beverages. Weekends I have started to bring energy drinks or get coffee elsewhere.
