Picked up drinks for a party here and food elsewhere. The Starbucks staff was generous enough to provide at the last minute all the utensils I forgot to buy for our food.
Visited this Starbucks around 6 PM and was surprised to be told they were no longer accepting cash because the register had already been closed. The store hours indicate they are open until 7:30 PM, so it was confusing and frustrating that cash wasn’t accepted a full hour and a half before closing time. I understand that some processes need to happen before closing, but it’s not reasonable to stop accepting a major form of payment so early. If I could give 10 stars I would. All mgmt and associates provide the very best customer service and take such great care of the Old guy haha. Love em all for the awesome customer service.
