During the week they are in point and happy to serve. There's one lady behind the counter that you can tell she LOVES her job! Puts a smile on everyone's face. The weekend however, they are always turning items (mainly drinks) off to show unavailable, when in fact the Saturday crew doesn't want to make them. They are losing so much business turning items off when you in fact have the items to make said beverages. Weekends I have started to bring energy drinks or get coffee elsewhere.

Picked up drinks for a party here and food elsewhere. The Starbucks staff was generous enough to provide at the last minute all the utensils I forgot to buy for our food.

Visited this Starbucks around 6 PM and was surprised to be told they were no longer accepting cash because the register had already been closed. The store hours indicate they are open until 7:30 PM, so it was confusing and frustrating that cash wasn’t accepted a full hour and a half before closing time. I understand that some processes need to happen before closing, but it’s not reasonable to stop accepting a major form of payment so early. I hope management reconsiders this policy or at least communicates it clearly to cust... read more
