Hello, I am a regular customer who works in the Bay Area, and I often visit gas stations and Starbucks locations to order coffee and occasionally request a small tea pot of extra hot water to make tea. Most of the time, I have never had any issue with this. The staff at other locations are usually kind and helpful. The diva working at this location refused to serve me 15 minutes before closing, he/she was SO BUSY yelling on his phone to the boss just watch the camera.
There was a guy working there and he was so rude. Never have I ever experienced a worse costumer service and coming from me that’s crazy
