Asked for an iced carmel macchiato and they gave it to me hot. When I asked for it to be fixed they simply poured it into a cup of ice. That no longer makes it a macchiato. Very watery and they couldn't figure out their register.
The lemon cake I ordered was given in a plastic wrapping and was expired. Completely ruined my day. Do not recommend coming to this Starbucks.
Hello, I am a regular customer who works in the Bay Area, and I often visit gas stations and Starbucks locations to order coffee and occasionally request a small tea pot of extra hot water to make tea. The diva working at this location refused to serve me 15 minutes before closing, he/she was SO BUSY yelling on his phone to the boss just watch the camera.
There was a guy working there and he was so rude. Never have I ever experienced a worse costumer service and coming from me that’s crazy
