The manager is the rudest person! First it took her forever to acknowledge me standing at the counter and then acted like I was a huge inconvenience. I ordered the same drink I order every week (I go there once a week). And she told me that there was no way to make the drink I asked for and I told her I get it every week and she told me I must have been getting it from another store because they don't do it there..... Stopped in to grab a quad espresso while I was doing my grocery shopping. Now I will admit they were a little busy, but the cashier had the personality and greeting of a wet mop. Might just forget about coffee the next time I shop there.
