BRANDON remembers my order all the time! Very personalized and very kind worker! Best Starbucks employee I've ever seen and been a customer to! I'm from Oahu Hawaii, but he has a lot of aloha spirit! Apparently online orders take priority here, rather than the people standing at the counter. The gal would not make eye contact, did not acknowledge me and continued pulling online order stickers and making those drinks for a good TEN minutes. I waited patiently for 20 minutes to get to the front. Customer service does not exist here. I will not be coming back to this location.
Keep in mind I go to this Starbucks approximately three times a week, as I go to two other locations also. I have never had any type of issue with an employee. Today, I went in and one of the nice young men that I see all the time took my order. I made a joke about how he knows my order without me saying anything because I am there so often. He laughed.
