Amazing people and service
Service is always good - the team here is excellent. BUT, for the love of all that is holy, please fix your nitro dispenser. Every time I get my nitro cold brew from this location, it's almost half foam. The drink is expensive enough as it is, getting ripped off on top of that is frustrating.
These associates hate their jobs. The supervisor was very nice, but the rest of the bunch should work on their attitude. Some items are cheaper on the Starbucks app versus in person ordering, they should fix that since some employees are unaware and act like they don’t want to accommodate. I asked them to remake my drink and the barista rolled his eyes at me. Super unprofessional.
What a great day at Starbucks! Maddy’s beautiful smile and kindness made my visit extra special. She made my favorite mocha perfectly, and I love how she remembers everyone’s name. it makes you feel right at home. If you’re visiting Starbucks Trinity Parkway, make sure you look for Maddy!
