I’ve been going to Starbucks for years, but the quality and experience just aren’t what they used to be. When you order a Venti drink, the cup is filled with ice, and if you remove it, the liquid barely fills a Tall. They’ve also stopped giving free water, and you can’t sit inside anymore unless you’ve purchased something—which makes it feel less like a welcoming coffee shop and more like a business transaction.
