Stopped here and grabbed coffee as I was leaving town Sunday morning and this place was a ghost town at 9 o’clock. Super clean super friendly and I was in and out. My drink was spot on, correct and so was my wife’s.

Every time we go to pick up orders for our colleagues, we are met with a nasty attitude from the manager. She is very dismissive and consistently gives us attitude—not just to me, but also to my coworkers who have picked up orders on behalf of our team. Even our bosses have experienced the same behavior from her. It was surprising to learn that this person is actually the manager, because her customer service does not reflect professionalism or respect. The manager on the morning shift (9/12) was extremely rude, and unfortunately, some of the baristas were as well. You would expect employees in this location—especially since it’s surrounded by offices with professional people—to have basic manners and professionalism. It seems like there’s a serious lack of training, and it’s especially disappointing coming from a manager with years of experience.
