6 baristas and sole me waiting to order coffee, none even looked at me to make sure eye contact couldn't be established and i could ask for coffee. All working hard on something but, servicing the single customer on line.
To preface, I am a barista at a different Starbucks location, which happens to be very well managed and everyone there follows policy and does their job well. I go to this Starbucks (watchung rt 22) with my boyfriend when I’m over by his house, and in the past, we have had good drinks made by baristas there. However, yesterday when we went, we walked into the cafe and waited for about 5-7 minutes for someone to take our order. The service and parking lot at that Starbucks is terrible.
Workers were rude and ignored me as I stood waiting almost 20 minutes for my coffee that was sitting done under the coffee brewer instead of finishing my order up! When I finally received my order it wasn’t even made properly and I had to wait for it to be remade. Unpleasant service to say the least!
The service is very bad, they don't have any courtesy. It's as if you were begging them and not buying.
