The night shift staff needs to be retrained on customer service skills. Three employees were working. There was one person ahead of me. After she took the customers order she proceeded to finish taking the sandwiches out of the warmer. Not once did she acknowledge me and say I’ll be right with you. She took one sandwich out and walked it over where to pickup area, she walked right pass me not saying a word. These employees need to be trained again. I often get a wrong drink. They never repeat an order after customer orders it. That’s why they often mess up with order.

Manager needs to train everyone correctly, I always get the wrong drink or there’s something wrong/missing. Also very rude young man at night.

Not the best customer service, no offense but the guy that works here in the afternoon shift has a very advanced disease, and cannot function properly without supervision. 1/10

Will not come back to this location in a long time. Make sure y’all are training ur people before putting them on drinks 0/10
