Really rude service rep at the cashier. I went in with my friend who is not a patient but getting labs and the service rep rudely asked me if my friend was a patient. Excuse me, but she is an adult and the rep should have directed her question to her. She was just getting bloodwork done but the service rep told her she had to leave. I should have left after but I ordered my coffee. I asked if they allowed us to use our app, she said yes and then proceeded to tell me they don't take the visa tied to the app. What??
