I go there bright and early 2 days a week and every day I show up they are super friendly and even decorate my cup with cute sayings or pictures. When your bleary eyed and a tired mama having to drive to the city it really warms the heart and the coffee is always on point!! Never leave there with out my venti and oatmeal. They even ask when I order something different if I messed up or if they forgot something on my order.
I erroneously placed an order to a different Starbucks this morning 🙃as we drove up to pick up our order and realized, Jocelyn graciously offered to make the order at her store. Very good customer service! We of course called the other store to let them know I made an error. Thank you, Jocelyn and Starbucks!
Management is rude and unkind.
