Walked in while it wasn't busy, 4 workers working and not 1 said hello and left me standing at the register for at least 2 mins! A simple hi or hello goes a long way!
Really terrible, I'm shocked this location has such positive reviews. First, the seating is noticeably more uncomfortable than others Starbucks in the area.The staff are really something that needs to be studied, most are in constant personal conversation with other staff members, ignoring customers or on their personal phones. There is one staff member who would not stop doing a baby voice that permeated the entire lobby. Extremely obnoxious. Who is in charge here and why are they not fired along with most of the staff?!
