Terrible manager at this store. I often come to this store to get my drinks. But today i came in to pick up a doordash. Raining quite heavily, the server behind the speaker tells due safety concerns our manager advises pickups to be done from inside the store. Terrible logic and lack of humanity here. Hope you guys start looking out for other people rather than just focusing on getting tips through the card machine. Cheers
Often have to wait up to 20 minutes for them to microwave a sandwich and pour a black coffee into a cup. I pre order on the app, it tells me it’s ready then I have to go in and wait another 10 minutes for them to brew a new pot of coffee. Why would a coffee shop not have coffee ready? This has happened more than a few times.
I've been coming to this location frequently since they opened as I own a business down the road. By far some of the best customer service I've seen, my drink is always made to perfection. Today (August 12 at 12:51) specifically I ordered my usual iced caramel macchiato, made with light ice and Cali style, the lady making the drinks made small talk with me and I told her how I was interviewing someone to come work for me.
