I just wanted to say thank you to this location. I stood in line for the bear cups and they did such a great job at being fair and making sure everybody stayed in line only let everybody get one cup each the manager and staff had it planned perfectly it went really smooth. You guys are Amazing!!!
I went to this Starbucks and just ordered two venti waters — nothing complicated — but the staff were super rude about it. They kept looking at each other like I’d asked for something impossible. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. All I wanted was some water, not attitude. Definitely not the friendly Starbucks service I expected and I'm just a teenager nothing more and me and my friend we very respectful and just simply asked for water .
I recently visited this Starbucks with a friend, and the customer service was really disappointing. We simply asked for water, and the employee acted like we were asking for something totally unreasonable. Their attitude was completely unnecessary and made us feel really unwelcome. It's a shame because a little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with customers who are just teenagers. Hopefully, the management will address this issue so that future customers don't have a similar experience.
Went to this starbucks because the standalone was so busy. I wanted to try something new and asked the Barista, Mckenna, what she recommends for tea! She asked if I liked arnold palmers (which i love) and made me the yummiest black tea lemonade. Not only that, she was literally the only barista working! When I approached the counter I was met with a bright smile! She was so kind to me and patient! Sweet girl! And she made me a fire drink! Who’s the manager of this store!? Because my god after my experience at this Starbucks I’m never coming back the baristas are zero professional, and also horrible customer service you can hear the baristas cussing away. Someone from corp go check at this store.
