It's Mother's Day and I just went through the drive-through with five family members. I don't know the name of the sweet black-haired young lady that just helped us, but she's an exceptional Partner. She was patient with our long order, input everything correctly, called everything back correctly, and had a lovely cadence to her speaker box voice. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
During my vacation in Sherwood, summer 2025, I spent a lot of time at that Starbucks. I was working on my laptop, everyone was super nice and hard workers, and I totally fell in love with the caramel macchiato and the tomato & mozzarella focaccia
I've never been a fan of Starbucks but since starting a rigorous project, I've been a regular at this store. I used to go to another one, but I came here once and the staff was exceptionally friendly so I kept coming back and stay for a few hours. The atmosphere in this store is great, but I've watched staff here go above and beyond for customers several times.
