Line was quick and got my order exactly how I wanted it. Staff was nice and quick. Coffee was great.
I came in this morning and a bunch of cups was marked down to $6.99 so I got 3 different ones. They said one of the cups the manager marked down and wasn't supposed to. They took my cup and the rest of the cups off the shelf. It was several. And told me they can't honor the price. I asked several times to speak to him. Maybe he would honor one since it was his mess up. They wouldn't and dismissed me!!!
The mango dragonfruit rang up more than the $4.95 price on the menu board. I did not see nor was offered multiple sizes for my iced coffee. The grandchildren gave their names for their drinks, but all of the drinks had the same name (mine) on them .The staff was not pleasant or friendly… I won’t be back to this location again.
Don and his team are kind, friendly, and attentive. I came in because my internet was down looking for a place to work and left with a smile, caffeine rush, and a new get out of the house to change it up work spot. I came in again the next morning. Thanks!
20 minutes after they opened and I was told they did bot have any hot coffee..... that is their whole purpose!?
