Its such a sad place. You can tell the workers hate their job. Food just thrown in bag, stood on line for awhile only 1 other in front of me. Not one acknowledging us. I asked loudly twice, is anyone on register? All just look at you. No answer, not we will be right with etc. Rude when they do decide to take your order. I really try to avoid this one. Got served by harshil and we felt uncomfortable the way he spoke to us. he was rushing us and Didn’t even asked what size drinks we wanted. It’s 5:09pm and there was no line nor was it busy so for him to serve us that was was not nice at all.very upset with the experience
Very disappointed. My drink was almost entirely filled with ice. I paid for a beverage, not a cup full of ice with a few sips of drink. It felt like a waste of money, and the quality was far below what I expect from Starbucks. I hope they pay more attention to the amount of ice they put in customers’ drinks.
