Let me start by saying I am a huge Starbucks fan! Today's experience was subpar! The barista (Makayla) was rude, unfriendly and uninformed of Starbucks policies. When I asked for my free refill, she refused and argued with me. She said, "Well, maybe that is at corporate stores." I filed a complaint with Starbucks, and received an apology and a credit. I ordered a hazelnut iced shaken espresso and the person with blue hair was supposed to put salted caramel cream foam because I paid for it when I asked if they put any cold foam he had a horrible attitude and told me he did when I asked another lady she said it was probably the end of what he had.. I paid for it I should be getting what I ordered and I asked for a double and he must have put more espresso that I wanted.
