Really nice people here love the coffee i got good and hot
4 times in a month they gave me the wrong size and charged me for the large. Starbucks has to go back to training people how make regular coffee. This nonsense of pumps and fake sweetners makes it worse. The CEO should be ashamed of how far this franchise fell
Met my bestfriend here and really enjoyed our time talking and they were very polite even when we stayed close to closing time. Great atmosphere very relaxing!
I am a regular customer that comes to Roanoke downtown location twice a week and probably spends between $40/50 and leave a tip. I am aware of Starbucks’ store policy when it comes to restroom use because of homelessness . This is the third occurrence that the baristas have been unpleasant and condescending when I asked for the code to the restroom.
