I am a lifelong Starbucks consumer. I’ve gone to more of its locations around the world than I can count. My boyfriend and I are at the drive thru every morning just after they open, while it’s still dark out. Our drinks are always good, of course, but what sets this location apart from all of the others is the customer service. They are always welcoming, friendly, know your favorite drinks, and just in general are exceptional at attracting and keeping happy customers. Was not open at 6am. Even know it says 4:30am open
I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks and a grilled cheese sandwich. Went to the drive-thru and as we were heading home I asked my daughter why she wasn't eating. She said there's a stick in my sandwich. I take it from her and look inside and there was a wooden knife with cinnamon and other food sticking out of the sandwich. I'm not sure if someone was eating while preparing/heating up her sandwich but I do know that it was alarming and unhygienic.
