Reviews weren’t lying. 6 pm on a Saturday night, no line and drive thru. It took 20 mins from tapping my Amex to receiving my order. I’ve had faster service checking out at Walmart after tax refund hits. There were like 5 people with very unique looks behind the counter just fake cleaning. Drink was good though.
Went today preordered so at least my order will be in by the time I arrived. When I arrived I pulled up to the drive thru to let them know I was there for my order. Keep in mind there were no cars in the drive thru. When I told them I was there to pick up a mobile order they told me to wait that they will check if the order indeed went through. A lot of new rules. Can't hand this, can't be handed back. Required to ASK for a straw with 10 cold beverages. The de- sugared the chai mix - gross. Added vanilla to offset. Gross. Idk. At least I don't have to worry about it anymore, because after 15+ of drinking Starbucks I won't anymore.
I wish the staff were more assumptive with obvious needs of their customers. For example, instead of handing three pastries in separate little pastry bags out the drive thru window, why not put them all in a handle bag to be helpful? If someone orders an iced drink maybe offer a straw. The drive thru should offer redemption cards for the long waits. I come here when I have to, not because I’m impressed by how well customers are treated. This place could do much better.
