I wish the staff were more assumptive with obvious needs of their customers. For example, instead of handing three pastries in separate little pastry bags out the drive thru window, why not put them all in a handle bag to be helpful? If someone orders an iced drink maybe offer a straw. The drive thru should offer redemption cards for the long waits. I come here when I have to, not because I’m impressed by how well customers are treated. This place could do much better.

An employee came over to me while was waiting on my order and said, were you the who came behind counter, no it wasn't me. I asked for the manager he act like he was lost. I was so disappointed you just going to assume it was me. I told to check the cameras he made a told AZZ out of himself. I'm making the call since you wanted to walk up to me and be disrespectful.
They made my drink incorrectly and it's awful. Picked it up on my way to work and I'm not able to go back to get it fixed. 2nd time this has happened. You have 1 job.....make people the drinks they ordered! Ridiculous!
