I visited the Starbucks drive-thru today (July 13, 2025) and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered at any coffee shop. As soon as I pulled up to the window, an overwhelming stench of rotten milk and mildew hit me right inside my car, it was so pungent that I could barely stand it while waiting for my order. I ordered via drive thru as we were just traveling through. There were several cars, but took a very long time. The first two sandwiches I requested they were out of. There was no apology only ‘We’ve had a very busy morning’. I ordered and paid for an incredibly chai latte with a single shot of espresso. I left a tip. Unfortunately I didn’t try my drink until we were further down the highway (too late to turn around), to find that there was no shot of espresso in my drink. I had my partner try as well. This Starbucks location was such a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly, and my order was ready so fast, it’s probably the quickest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered the brown sugar oatmilk espresso and my husband ordered the summer lemonade, they were so great and tasted perfect! My kids got their favorite which are cake pops.
