I hesitate to even leave this review because I don't want to give away this being best kept Starbucks secret in Charleston. Courtney, Josey and Anna in particular I've noticed do a phenomenal job over the past year have always been super friendly and professional.
Ordered eggnog lattie. Paid for it, waited for order and when asked lady said they were out of eggnog. I tried to the cashier there was no more eggnog and they shouldn't sell an eggnog lattie to anyone else. She started yelling it was none of my business and I needed to shut my trap. What the hell! HOPE THAT STARBUCKS GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!. If I was a student at the Citadel, no only would I never go there again, I would ensure none if my brethren went there either!
They close on Friday 8:45pm please don’t came here after 8:45
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Incompetent staff was only able to make one item from my order and it was disgusting. I will never return. They refused to give me what I ordered and refused to give me a refund.
