STAFF ARE ALL WONDERFUL, I have been a regular as i worked near by but since relocated <3 even when i come by they all remember my order and are wonderful with every customer.Sad to hear they are closing, I have been familiar with this team even before this location opened and had positive experiences, its hard to find warm welcoming and enthusiastic greetings at places that keep you coming back no matter who's on staff that shift.

One of the best Starbucks in town.
Super nice guy who took my order, but this has got to be the slowest Starbucks in all of Ottawa. I've only been in here twice, this being the second time, not thinking anything of it, until it took forever to receive my order. Again. I don't know Starbucks, how hard is it to make an iced Caramel Macchiato. Peace.
