Stopped in to get an Americano like I do at this location about twice a week. This time the cup was overfilled and passed to me through the drive through with no stopper. One turn of the steering wheel later and the coffee spilled all over my car and burned my leg. I returned to explain and question why this steaming cup was filled to the brim even leaking from the lid and the manager had nothing to say but sorry. This will be my last time at any Starbucks. No lo recomiendo, yo pedí cafe regular,grande caliente 1 splenda , regular leche, me dieron cafe frio pequeño y con hielo por el mismo precio. No te confirman la orden . Me me regrese porque tengo que ir al trabajo.

I love Starbucks, but not this one. It's often unexpectedly closed, and this time we had to walk through the drive-thru because they were having a meeting and we couldn't go inside to pick up our order placed through the app. Unbelievably, my tea wasn't good, and on top of that, they wanted to charge me for the cold milk, which you usually add yourself for free.
