I wanted to write this as a thank you note for Lynne. If Starbucks could better embody what she brings to a simple experience like getting coffee. They’ll have done everything they can do.

Ordered my drink and when I got there to pick it up a few minutes later it was only 2/3 full again. This time I showed them the Cup being so empty and they said that they would remake it. Those words I will remake it is what was said to me. They came back literally 10 seconds later after only filling the rest of the cup up with whipped cream and handing it back to me and then i was just stunned and left. This is becoming a regular thing and is kind of annoying for how much the coffee costs.
This place went downhill since Lex left there almost a year ago. The service has went downhill. I must say terrible. I won’t come back. I sat there for literally 15 minutes, waiting for a drink, and then the girl acted as if that was my fault. I can’t stand people places that do that. Good luck Starbucks change your staff immediately!
