June 17th 2025 Hamilton Montana Starbucks in Albertons. Both delivered to work and both coffees were beyond horrible. Taste like water. Called Starbucks. Girl I spoke with said she doesn't know what to do about it. I went on line and spent my entire lunch break answering questions with an on line chat person who in the very end said they would pass on the info. That's all they can do. The last two times I've been in, I felt like the cashier was rude. As you can see from my other reviews, I'm not one to complain.. But after two visits being treated this way, I felt it needed to be said. It wasn't out of this world rudeness.. But definitely enough to make me feel uncomfortable. Also, out of whipped cream?? How? Why? That's my favorite part :(
I drink the same coffee every day. but this store made my coffee look horrible, it just tasted like water.
Nice people, friendly and clean with fast, spot on service. It’s a grocery store location so the atmosphere depends day to day. Tables available but nobody hanging out like most places you see a Starbucks. Better for revving up to hit the sales in the grocery section !
