The Two young brunette girls who worked tonight 3/13/26 apparently have no clue how to either 1) provide acceptable, bare-minimum customer service and 2) make an acceptable drink. Mistreating customers for no good reason makes no sense. Thankfully someone witnessed all of it. I’m going to the proper avenues but I am writing this review because it was just that bad. Do better, girls. The world is not going to be kind to you unless you start treating others better.
Today, I picked up a couple coffees. Two caramel machiatos. They are ok but I believe Florence coffee is the next step up. The service was polite and quick
I ordered the iced egg nog latte and it was not sweet and very bitter and I took it back to the counter and they said there was nothing they could do, I did order there cheese danish and that was amazing.
The WORST experience at this "Starbucks". I thought I was in the movie Mean Girls by how that staff of kids made me feel. Super rude. Won't get into details but if anyone has experienced the same experience CALL OR EMAIL the Albertsons manager because these employees are NOT Starbucks employees because if they were they'd be fired in 2 seconds. Even though I received my money back from Starbucks, it's more than that. It's about our community to feel welcomed and be welcoming!
