I ordered a grande sugar-free match latte with protein foam and waited for 15 mins. They gave me a cup of brown sugar latte. No apologies from neither the staff who placed the order nor the store manager who refunded me. Great job Starbucks. I hope your sales keep tanking.
Walked in and no one in line. Waited for someone to come to register while Employees hanging out. I made eye contact with a taller employee. Walked out after waiting a bit. The employee who made eye contact? Had the gall to apologize. Maybe wait on customers?
It is with great disappointment that I did not receive my breakfast this morning. Made the order at 7:40 am, Oct 4, 2025. Train had to depart at 7:49 am so I left without my breakfast sandwich.

The baristas are always friendly and upbeat, making the busy station feel a little more welcoming.
