Quick and efficient service when I visited. I bet it’s very crowded during rush hours since it’s located in a major train station.
The waitress, Sam, was on her cell phone while preparing my drink and didn't do it right. I had to ask her to do it again, and she did it reluctantly. Terrible service.
Top tier Starbucks, service is bar none. Orville is an exemplary staff member.

*EDIT* Bad first experience, never got my order. After placing an order AND leaving a tip , they got my name wrong and the order never went through. I waited for 15’ and went back to the counter 2 times to ask what happened. They promised to get my order but they never prepared it. In the end they just gave me a refund and I walked away. They kept the tip. Terrible. OK second experience, completely different staff on Mondays so everything worked out.
