Refused to give a cup of ice by an employee, said I had to purchase something even when I offered to just buy it.
We stopped here for a coffee break and ordered two drinks, a cookie and a breakfast snack. The restaurant was not at all busy, even in drive thru. Our good was brought to our table in about 8 minutes. The order was not correct, and we were given the correct items after another 3 minutes. While the restaurant was very clean and spacious, the high ceilings made the noise level much louder than was comfortable.
