Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. Paid for ribbon crunch and there was minimal in there. Asked for more and the barista was rude and provided just a few more shakes. Very disappointed.
Today was my last time coming to this location. Come here weekly. Its wild how you can wait in a line, get asked to tip n order is still incorrect for a Ice Tea? Ask for Sweeter n Light Ice. Got No Sweeter n No Ice.

Went in today around 11:45 to get a coffee and pick up a few things, I was standing in line for over 6 min, was never greeted or acknowledged upon entering the store, a VERY heavy set black girl was working the counter, when she finished with the elderly lady in front of me, she then walked away as I approached the counter to order, she did not say hello, did not say ill be right with you etc.. she then proceeded to take her head set off and clean it while im still waiting In lime to be acknowledged with other customers begi... read more
