In Macy's the work is not professional, made the wrong coffee (they ordered ice, made it hot), the volume of the glasses is not correct
This review is specifically for Laitan or Nathan . My son whom has special needs has been looking forward to his free coffee for his birthday. I registered him for a Starbucks app more that six months ago. He was so excited and for some reason the app isn’t working. It doesn’t show the reward in his account and his birthday is in the app and has been the entire time. I asked if he showed his Id could they make an exception today and Laitan or Nathan said no.
