First stop today, needed coffee, app is down so couldn't pay with app, no coffee for me. Disappointing. They opened at 10am and its 3pm, would've figured the app problem would gotten solved in that time frame.

I was in a rush heading into the office. Spanish-speaking barista totally messed up my sandwich. I called the store to complain since I had her name. She kept hanging up the phone and saying no Ingles at me.
called the store manager and was very rude
You might want to fire that old “manager” named Ferris. He’s extremely unprofessional and threatening because he can’t make drinks correctly. And he puts extra ingredients no one asked for like cinnamon that I’m allergic to. He throws a fit when you ask him to remake anything.
