Spent $25 on a drink and two soggy cake pops. No wonder the place is empty, definitely won’t be coming here or any other Starbucks ever again.
I own a private parking spot in Ocean City, New Jersey near the boardwalk. One of the employees of this Starbucks parked in our space and left a note to call them if we want to park in our own spot. When the girl came out to move the car she never even apologized. This is the type of employee the Starbucks in Ocean City employees.
Friendly service. This location charges WAY MORE than the Asbury Ave location. Go local or walk a couple blocks.
Extremely slow service, even when they weren't busy. But that wasnt the worst part... Spent over $22 on two drinks that were all ice. After finishing the actual drink in mine (4 sips later) I asked if they could refill my same cup with tap water. I was told there would be a charge. Just to be sure I heard correctly, I asked, "You're charging me for tap water... in the same cup I just paid $11 for?" The answer was yes, they have to charge me.
