I was just surprised at 8:00 in the morning they had no clean cups or plates.
Literally everytime I have been there in the last month they have given me the wrong milk … I tell them specifically I can’t drink oat milk and I need whole milk, it’s oat milk everytime. Why do I keep going back? Give them a second chance because I feel like I get a different person each time. I’m just baffled it’s not that hard to understand something simple in the order. If I could give zero I would my order is simple matcha with coconut milk thats it. The matcha was solid green and tasted disgusting…. This is the 4th time they have messed up a drink of mine will have to look for a new coffee shop.
Drive-through Q was moving very slowly. By the time it was our turn, our grilled cheese was cold. After we left, we tried our frappe and it was done incorrectly. But it was too late we had left. Staff needs training.
