Typically I don't leave reviews, unless it's well deserved, let alone call the store to find out a staff members name because they left such a good impression. I want to take a moment to shout out ALLISON (apparently a manager)! She is the EPITOME of great customer service! I was in the drive thru about an hour ago and bought some drinks and I came back to use the restroom an hour later and the restroom had locks on it. So I asked the guy if I could get the code for the restroom. And he said that the restroom is for customers only. I told him I was a customer and that I would buy something. He gave me the code so when I brought in my empty Starbucks cup that I just bought I showed them that I just bought. I was so mad that I threw it in the garbage. I told them I’m not paying to pee. A disabled elderly couple walked in, there were 2 guys working for Stryker (the medical company) using the disabled table, the 2 disrespectful guys didn’t move to give them the only disabled table in the coffeeshop. We talked to the service team in Starbucks maybe they can step in and ask them to use a different table instead of the disabled one, the team didn’t act and mentioned “that the table can be used or not”. It also happens to be Disability Pride month which very ironic.
