Thanks for wowing me at 6:30am. I was setting up my temp workstation and both baristas approached to drop off my drinks! It seemed like such a small action and "no big deal", but it mattered to me. This is what "going above and beyond" looks like to me.

Wow. How incredibly rude for the barista to deny me water on a 100 plus degree day. I came in simply for a water cup since I was out walking and running errands. I came in completely red and full of sweat and asked nicely for a water cup, right away Elisha or Alisha rudely told me that Starbucks recently changed their policy to no more water cups even in the state of AZ. Im sorry, I dont write bad reviews but the cashier for the drive thru on July 2nd at around 2:30pm was so rude. He had so much attitude and was just plain mean. I ordered online and and drove over and I guess cause my internet it might not have gone through when I placed it, but I went to pick it up and he says "I dont see you" (my name wasn't on the system) and I looked and the order didnt place till I opened my phone again, I apologized, it was my mistake but he said "yea, so usually, we'd like you to wait 5 minutes before... read more
