Rude employees , unprofessional employees! You need to mention to them more than once what’s your drink and what did you order they would still give wrong order because they are busy talking to each other and they don’t pay attention to the customer!!!!

I ordered a short decaf Americano. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I approached the staff to check on the status of my order. She simply said "oh" and handed me the coffee that had been sitting on the shelf. No apology was offered. Very disappointing service.

Visited 3/14/25 in the drive through after a dentist appt and they were very kind and efficient. Food was great as well!

I appreciated the simple signage placed beside their restrooms, clearly indicating that they are exclusively for customers. This approach eliminates the need for key-padded locks and the associated waiting time required to obtain the code from a busy barista.
