Excellent experience here today - we had just dropped in for ice water which we ordered a coffee to qualify for and were ultimately afforded on the house after our payment method failed. This is precisely the sort of goodwill that develops strong community development through word of mouth promotion organically. It's 116 degrees outside here in Phoenix AZ. I went to get a water for my 4 kids and apparently the manager Derrica requires a purchase for a water. That's pretty incredible! Lack of compassion. I had a brother in law die of a heat related death. Very unprofessional. I won't be going back to this location again and I wouldn't advise it either with their lack of hospitality!
Always get my simple order wrong of 4 shots, and 1 mocha, and whole milk but the shots taste ok.
