I was very pleased at first; all I wanted was a shot of espresso and hot water and the barista said it’s on the house. I came back inside to ask for a venti water and was going to tip them but the two baristas on shift (including the one who took my order) immediately smiled at each other, laughing and I saw they were communicating through their little mics. Now, I can’t confirm that they were talking about me for sure but it gives off a very bad impression and absolutely unprofessional.
I can go here on the week day mornings and my drink is made correctly, the weekend is a whole other story. 3 weekends in a row now and the drinks are always wrong.
This location is very clean and the team members are so nice.
I ordered a Summer berry drink and I asked for no ice and guess what they put it ice. Also, I ordered a needle.
Ordered the bacon egg and Gouda. There was no Gouda and the bread was hard as a rock
