I tried to avoid the Starbucks at all costs, but since I was working in the area and needed to pick me up, I came here anyways… The last time I came here, they straight gave me a pumpkin spice latte with no coffee in it just the creamer and cold brew foam, Even proceeded to argue with me about it… I never returned until today. Wonderful staff, great coffee.
"Karen" at the drive thru window that works early weekday mornings needs to find a new position. Never coming back to this location. Drinks are always nasty for the price you pay. Los Altos Starbucks is the best.
This Starbucks over charges almost every time I go. I stopped going here because of that. I even contacted the manager, but got no response. They overcharged by almost 2 dollars per drink. Mistakes happen, but this is too consistent to be a mistake.
