January 27, 2026, at around 2pm. I came to this location on Los Altos in Sparks, Nv. I ordered my drink from Danielle, who was so friendly. The visit went well, UNTIL her manager who was sitting at one of the tables with her lap top open, reprimanded her in front of another customer and myself. The manager said, “Danielle, do you remember copy paper from Amazon?” To which Danielle replied in confusion “copy paper from amazon? Esspresso machine needs to be recalibrated, shots are pulling underextracted and soapy tasting. Usually the drinks are good though.
I mean this is kind of the last straw for me🤣 i go to this location because i live near here and they get my order wrong every time. Ive had it with this last one. Ordered a tall decaf oatmilk latte and got some overly sweet something (it was disgusting). Now I’m even wondering if it was made with oat milk and decaf, which are dietary requirements for me being pregnant.. just going to go to lighthouse coffee instead
The cashier was friendly taking my order. The batista friendliness was lukewarm not rude not cheerful either. The atmosphere was darker inside however the store and bathroom was cleaned no trash nor toilet paper on the floor; it was spotless and very clean. I think it's an OK Starbucks it's not my favorite Starbucks but it's not bad.
