They always screw up orders and act snotty when you them to fix it. No apology, nothing. Don't come to this location.

It’s the wax and wain of this location that’s heart breaking. As a former barista from the 90’s I am in awe of the lack of accountability on something as simple as an espresso shot. Despite talking directly to the manager unless one of three baristas pull my drink it’s constantly bad. I’ve been told on multiple occasions it’s due to the machine needing to be rotated out and yet it’s still there after years of coming to this location.

Worst customer service by the staff. Also, the drinks are not good so they need training or perhaps they serve drinks to match their poor attitude. I go to multiple Starbucks locations in the area and this shift at 2PM on Feb 15th makes this place look bad because they were all Cold, rude, and not meant to be in customer service setting. The gentleman was ok but the ladies were horrible.

I wish Starbucks would enforce their no perfume and scented hand sanitizer rule for employees. I ordered a latte and my entire cup smelled like perfume. When I drank my coffee it was like getting poisoned with floral perfume. The vibe seemed nice but music was a bit too loud. Staff seemed pleasant just wish they had better commons sense to not pollute beverages.
