This location is consistently disappointing. I have a theory it all steams from the overly aggressive team lead or manger. Her enegery towards staff and customers is very off putting. There is a few other locations to choose from that I would recommend going to then this one!
Coffee machine was down, and this is a coffee shop. Go figure...
Absolutely unbelievable. This by far is the worst location I have been too. I am a regular here and They usually only have 1 or 2 people working. The rest of the “employees” are either talking in the back, playing in the lobby, cursing out loud , or just sitting on a laptop while the whole team drowns in orders. Management is completely absent here. A few months ago this store was not nearly as bad. Definitely needs its old manager back. I don’t recommend this store.
I used to love this Starbucks location. They used to make our drink just the way we like it. But lately, our drinks have not been tasting good at all. One of my orders was just all cream with no coffee. We have gotten water down coffee, and we are so disappointed. Starbucks is very pricey, and the coffee should taste great. I had tried calling the location to let them know about my coffee, but no one answered. I had to save the coffee and drive back to the location. They did apologize and refund me for the drinks.
