July 15, 2026 I placed a mobile order for two Banana Nut Loaves and ended up waiting 30 minutes. During that time, I asked about my order, but the man and woman making the drinks were not helpful. They repeatedly told me it was “coming” but had dismissive attitudes and seemed more focused on helping customers who arrived after me. The only employee who was helpful was the woman preparing the food. She took the time to investigate what happened and discovered that someone had apparently taken my order.
