This is my go to Starbucks right off Ronald Reagan and on my way to or from home. The drinks are always made the with the same consistency. And the staff is always friendly.
They don’t always make my iced matcha correctly but the sweet messages on the cups makes my day 💕
I shown server what I wanted it had 9 mochashots I asked her not to do 9, but she can add 5 mocha shots I received 0 shots I didn't notice till I arrived back home. Which i should have check before I left. I take accountability on my behalf. But she should have listen and repeat back, when she asked me and i repeat, i want this order that greg had, just not 9 mocha shots, i want 5. Love this location, the baristas are very friendly and nice but I don't like the drink. Got a white mocha today and the coffee tastes completely flat, with no flavor.
