What a difference good Customer Service makes! It’s been a while since I walked into a Starbucks and it’s clean, the baristas are happy, kind, polite, and professional (vs grumpy & sourp*ss faced) and my coffee was made to perfection. I don’t order super complicated things. It’s very basic. These ladies nailed it!
Me and my girlfriend went to this Starbucks for two iced coffees. No whip cream, no toppings or anything, just iced coffee. Both of our drinks had curdled milk and what looked like sand at the bottom of our drinks. We went back to have them remade. When we get in there the drive through is practically empty and the inside of the store is empty.
