Every time I come to this café, I leave feeling happy and satisfied. The coffee has a rich flavor, and the shop has a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The team here always treats customers with kindness and respect. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink, and spend quality time.
Large group order and we made some errors on our end but the staff was really kind and worked with us to get everything done
officially boycotting this location. been ordering here for my 3 years here at uiuc simply because of location convenience but i simply can't do it anymore. without fail i have to ask to remake my drink every single time, it will always be wrong and taste bad and have zero ice. plus manager is rude, girls on register are very nice but everyone who works on the bar making drinks are always so rude. i cannot waste anymore money and time here on terrible drinks and will be ordering at the union starbucks or anywhere else that a... read more
always the worst service. every-time i come here my drink takes a minimum of 20 minutes no matter how busy or slow it is. consistently get my drinks wrong and when anyone tries to ask the baristas a question they always have an attitude or are hard to get a hold of because they are always running away from the counter and never talk to guests. waited 20 minutes for my food item, only for me to ask them if it was coming and they told me they were out of what i ordered. why not tell me?? other time on a busy day i waited 1 HOU... read more
This place only gets worse. They should turn off mobile ordering if their employees are going to giggle when you ask how long the delay is "yeah the app just gives you random times". I stood in a crowd of 15 people for thirty minutes.
