Five disappointing experiences in as many days. Iced London fog? Watery mess with no vanilla. Matcha cold foam? Literally half the drink is missing. Really need to retrain their staff.
I get it when it’s rush hour, and they are 40-60 minutes behind (even though, come on!), but a few times, there’s literally almost no one and 5-6 workers there, but they are still only walking around and chatting, and the customer is just standing there. Or gets the wrong order.
Usually pretty busy (especially between classes) but not too bad when ordering ahead through the app.
