Kind service from one barista was completely overshadowed by Cari’s loud scoffing, eye-rolling, and refusal to make a drink I’ve ordered here many times. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
Came in and waited in line to be served. The employee Elizabeth started crying and saying she didn’t think she could work there anymore due to it being her 4th day there. Not sure why she was alone. The other employee Jalynne came in and she wasn’t friendly but the coffee order was great. The food was not.

This Starbucks is in the Harris teeter west Ashley circle. I am a senior citizen and I asked for a cup of water. It just so happened that the manager was waiting on me. She told me that "corporate will not let them give out cups of water. Pretty nit picking if you ask me. This company will never get my money again.
We stopped here at about 6:15 in the morning and the barista was wrapping up some online orders for a few minutes. When she finally got to us it was about 6:20 which was fine. We began to order and she held her hand up to our face to say “hold on I have to log in”. Which it wasn’t like we got there before it was opened.
