Came this location before closing sat and waited for 30 minutes only to be told they can’t take my 100 bill. And to top it off they wouldn’t return my gift card that I gave them. A girl came to window and said she don’t care about your gift card we close! A girl with long dread curly!
Everyone at this starbucks is so kind! Our drinks were great!
Cari was extremely rude and refused to serve me. She needs to learn customer service etiquette
Kind service from one barista was completely overshadowed by Cari’s loud scoffing, eye-rolling, and refusal to make a drink I’ve ordered here many times. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
Came in and waited in line to be served. The employee Elizabeth started crying and saying she didn’t think she could work there anymore due to it being her 4th day there. Not sure why she was alone. The other employee Jalynne came in and she wasn’t friendly but the coffee order was great. The food was not.
