I made the mistake of doing an online order and put in the wrong pick up store. I stopped at the Framingham one at 1 Worcester Rd. and look for my order and they replaced it without question as I showed them what I had done it was so kind about it if I want to thank them for their great customer service. I do come here on occasion and always a positive experience.
Just so incredibly slow in the drive through, I get that a lot of locations have closed but it’s every single time I come here, so I just try to avoid the drive through all together.
They need training on matchas. I keep trying because it’s closer to me but they remake it and it’s the same… they don’t offer a refund or anything. It’s disgusting. More white than green straight foam and I order a regular matcha. Too thick
I Asked for the double chocolate brownie to be heated up; it wasn't. Ordered hot coffee and it wasn't hot but luke warm and stale as if it was sitting in a canister all day. The barista at the drive thru window spilled the coffee as he was handing it to me. They gave me no napkins, which were needed, with this order.
Lemonade was very watered down, didn't taste good at all. Friendly staff though.
