This place sucks. How do you mess up coffee
Workers just mess around the whole time. Waited for over 5 min at drive thru window without being acknowledged one time. They always put my food in the drive thru area and drink in regular cafe pick up. Was standing there waiting for my muffin that was on the counter for 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.
Totally incompetent employees at this location! Flies trapped in the display glass box and their response is we don’t use them!
This is the slowest Starbucks location in the state of Massachusetts , I waited 20 minutes for a cup of black coffee. The Employees at this location are totally incompetent.
