This is truly the best store in the company as a neighborhood networking and gathering place with great staff, Starbucks excellence and a view of the ocean you can’t beat.
Alki’s Starbucks is really like something you’ve never seen before, but at the same time exactly what you would expect. Ceilings were painted a light grey, almost tan color with industrial elements and were about 17 feet tall, giving a good open feeling without being too closed off. Windows right by the water have an awesome view. Coffee had a great taste and was right around the temperature you’d want it to be. The guy took our order wrong and I saw her putting into a wrong size cup so I was just asking and start to give an attitude what a worst customer service she is
Came in today at 8:54pm and we were a group of 17 and we were not served because they said they close at 9:00pm. McKenzie the shift supervisor said that it’s standard practice to turn businesses away 5 minutes before closing.
