Gage is the sweetest! I was in contact with Starbucks customer service because my birthday reward wasn’t showing up in the app. When I got to the store, Gage greeted me with a big smile, and after I explained the situation, he had no problem giving me my birthday drink. He made the whole experience feel special! This is definitely my go-to Starbucks, great service every time!
Employees are rude and as you can see from their review, it is below a four. This is clearly a sign that management doesn’t care and obviously corporate doesn’t care because they’re doing nothing about it. I would say it’s a Starbucks thing but it’s definitely not.
