The coldbrew tastes burnt lately. Why? It tastes like burnt iced coffee rather than smooth cold brew that they usually serve. :(
They've changed their chai latte to use some gross new syrup. Now instead of a chai latte, it tastes like hot milk with with some Hershey's quality chai flavored syrup. I thought they messed up and forgot to put the chai in it or something. Nope, asked for extra chai , revolting.
